You may learn better communication skills and how to really listen to your partner without jumping to conclusions or starting an argument

Couples Counselling

Want to untangle the rope before you tie the knot? We offer non-religious couples counseling. The goal is to help couples navigate the important questions about their future lives together, including beliefs and ideas about marriage. In the sessions you will explore skills to resolve conflict and communicate effectively in your marriage, and develop a deep understanding of one another. Counseling is also a safe environment to explore tricky subjects such as parenting, sex, money, labour division and religion. You might look at the motivations behind getting married, how to meet your won and each others needs and ensure that you are starting your life together on the same page.
